Symon Hill

Symon Hill lives in Oxford and teaches history and religious studies for the WEA. He has been a WEA tutor for six years, alongside other part-time work. Symon passionately believes that history is not just about the past but the present: how we understand the past affects how we live now. He is especially interested in lesser-known historical events and in the power of “ordinary” people to bring about change. Symon has written three books about history and religion, and also spends a lot of time drinking tea. There is more information about Symon on various websites; some of it is even true.
